To give you greater peace of mind during your trip, we offer optional protection for strollers and scooters. This protection is optional, but if you choose not to purchase it, you will be fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or missing accessories during the rental period.
Basic Coverage covers minor accidental damage that may occur during normal use of the stroller.
It may include:
● Fabric tears.
● Flat tires that need repair.
● Minor damage that does not affect overall operation.
It does not cover:
● Theft.
● Loss of the stroller.
● Significant or structural damage.
● Improper or negligent use.
● Overload (exceeding the permitted weight).
● Damage from forced folding or incorrect handling.
● Leaving the stroller in unsafe places. In case of loss, theft or major damage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Premium Coverage is our recommended option for greater peace of mind while traveling. It covers irreversible damage, loss, and/or theft for the entire rental period.
Includes:
● Accidental damage during use.
● Significant damage caused by an accident.
● Breakage of parts due to accidental use.
● More severe stains that require special cleaning.
● Theft of the stroller during the rental period.
In case of theft or loss, the customer must notify us as soon as possible and provide details of what happened.

● Bumps or collisions.
● Exceeding the permitted weight.
● Use in unsafe or unauthorized areas.
● Leaving the scooter exposed to rain or severe weather conditions.
In case of loss, theft or major damage, the customer will be responsible for the full cost.
Premium Coverage is the recommended option for a worry-free experience. It covers irreversible damage, loss, and/or theft during the rental period.
Includes:
● Irreversible damage during use.
● Significant damage from accidents.
● Problems that affect operation.
● Theft of the scooter during rental.
● Repair costs arising from covered incidents.
● Lost key.
● Lost or damaged charger.
● Lost or damaged battery.
In case of theft, the customer must notify us immediately and provide details. Premium coverage does not cover any liability arising from damages caused by the customer, either to themselves or to third parties.
● Protection is optional and applies only during the rental period.
● It is non-refundable.
● It must be contracted before the start of the rental.
● If protection is not contracted, the customer is responsible for the total value of the equipment or the damaged or lost part.
