Please carefully select your delivery and pickup times, taking into account any scheduled flights or transfers. This is especially important if you are staying at a Disney hotel, where deliveries and pickups must be made in person, as strollers are not accepted at reception and leaving them unattended may result in fines. Our team works with a strict schedule and attends to other guests, so last-minute changes are not possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
