  1. Do the strollers you rent comply with the measures authorized by the Orlando Theme Parks?

Yes, all our strollers meet the authorized size requirements for entering Orlando theme parks.

 

  1. Do you make deliveries and/or pick-ups at the Theme Parks?

No, we do not deliver or pick up at theme parks, shopping malls, or Disney Springs. We only deliver and pick up at hotels where you are staying in Orlando, or at vacation rentals/Airbnb properties.

 

  1. Is it necessary to meet in person for delivery and/or pickup?

It's necessary if you're paying in cash or by card upon delivery. If you pay by credit card through the website when you make the reservation, you don't need to meet in person.

 

  1. What is Enjoy Stroller Rental's wait tolerance time for delivery/in-person pickups?

Our representative will allow a 15-minute grace period. A $30 late fee will be charged for any delays exceeding this time.

 

  1. What happens if the Customer does not return the rented product on the agreed date and time?

If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be charged. If the product is not delivered without prior notice, a $100 fee will be charged for each day of delay.

 

  1. Do they offer liability waiver insurance?

Yes, we offer a “Liability Waiver” for $20 to cover loss, theft, or damage to the rented product.

 

  1. Do you rent strollers for a single day?

Most of our models are rented for a minimum of 2 days, except for those in the Cybex line, which can be rented for just one day.

 

  1. Where can I use the strollers?

Our strollers can be used inside and outside the theme parks, serving you throughout your stay in Orlando.

 

  1. What are the payment methods? Can I pay in cash?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, Paypal, and cash.

 

  1. Can I transfer my reservation to another person? Do you make refunds?

    Reservations are non-transferable and no refunds are given once the stroller has been delivered to the customer.
