Do the strollers you rent comply with the measures authorized by the Orlando Theme Parks?
Yes, all our strollers comply with the authorized measures to enter the Orlando theme parks.
Do you make deliveries and/or pick-ups at the Theme Parks?
No hacemos entregas ni retiros en parques temáticos, shoppings, malls, Disney Springs. Únicamente realizamos entregas y retiros donde el cliente se encuentre hospedado en Orlando.
Is it necessary to meet in person for delivery and/or pickup?
- If you are going to pay in cash or card at the time of delivery, it is necessary to meet in person to make the payment.
- Será necesario reunirnos en persona para la entrega/retiro si te hospedas en alguno de los siguientes Resorts de Disney: All Star Resort (Music, Sport y Movies), Art of Animation, Pop Century, Caribbean Beach, Riviera, Old Key West, Saratoga, Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary, Bay Lake, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Yacht Club.
- If you are staying at another hotel (non-Disney) and prepaid, meeting in person is not necessary. We can leave it at reception before your arrival.. Likewise, at the time of return you can leave the stroller at the hotel reception if you have previously notified Enjoy Stroller Rental.
- If you are staying in a holiday home or apartment, and have paid in advance, it is not necessary to meet in person. We can deliver and collect the stroller by leaving it at the entrance door of the house/apartment indicated in the reservation.
What is Enjoy Stroller Rental's wait tolerance time for delivery/in-person pickups?
The Enjoy representative will notify the client by text message, WhatsApp or email when they are on their way to the meeting place, estimating their arrival time. Once she has arrived, she will notify the client that she is at the entrance to the lobby, if it is a hotel, or at the entrance to the vacation home/apartment. The Enjoy representative will have a tolerance of 15 minutes, otherwise they must leave to avoid delays in their next deliveries/withdrawals. In this case, the customer will be charged a $30 late fee.
What happens if the Client does not deliver the rented product on the agreed date and time?
- If the customer is delayed more than 15 minutes, which is why the Enjoy representative has to return at another time on the same day of return or the next day, the customer will be charged the $30 lateness fee.
- If the client does not deliver the rented product without prior notice to Enjoy, a fee of $100 will be charged for each day of delay, up to a sum equivalent to the value of the rented product.
How does the Client extend the rental of the product that is already in their possession for more days?
The client must notify Enjoy at least 24 hours in advance that they will want to extend their rental. That way Enjoy will approve it or not at its own discretion. If the rental extension is approved, $10 will be charged for each additional added day.
What happens if the rented product is damaged, lost or stolen? Do you offer Waiver of Liability Insurance?
- We optionally offer “Liability Exemption Insurance” against loss, theft or damage to the rented product for $20 for the entire rental period. In case of rejection, the client will be responsible for the loss, theft, damage or destruction of the rental items and agrees to pay for their repair (in case of damage) or their replacement at market value (in case of destruction, loss, or theft).
- Liability Waiver Insurance cannot be contracted once the rented product has been delivered to the client.
Do you rent strollers for a single day?
Almost all models in our store are rented for a minimum of 2 days rental. The only models that are rented for 1 day only (that is, delivered and returned on the same day between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm), are the Cybex line strollers.
Where can I use the strollers?
Enjoy Stroller Rental strollers can be used inside and outside the theme parks, which is why they are suitable for your entire stay in Orlando.
Where are deliveries and pick-ups of rented products made?
- We deliver and pick up at home for free wherever you are staying within 15 miles of Walt Disney World Resort (including the Universal area). In case you are staying outside our free delivery/pickup range, we can coordinate a meeting point to make the delivery/pickup.
- We do not have a physical place for the customer to pick up or return the rented product.
- No realizamos entregas/retiros en los siguientes lugares: Aeropuerto MCO, Disney Springs, Shoppings/Malls, Parques Temáticos.
What is the weight capacity of the strollers?
We have individual strollers with a capacity of up to 35 kg / 75 lbs. And we also have double strollers that hold up to 46kg/100lbs total.
What are the payment methods? Can I pay in cash?
We have several payment methods so that the client can choose the option they prefer:
- Advance payment through our website: Credit and/or debit card, Zelle, Paypal.
- Payment in person upon delivery: Cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards via posnet.
Can I change strollers once they have been delivered to me?
- No model changes are made once the rented stroller is delivered. If another model is needed, the client will have to make a new reservation.
- If the client requires the change of the stroller once it has been delivered, for any of the following or similar reasons: wet from rain, dirt, etc., it will be subject to availability and will have a value of $50 additional to the rental.
Can I transfer my reservation to another person? Do you make refunds?
- Reservations are non-transferable. The reservation holder will be responsible for the rented stroller during the entire period in which he/she has it in his/her possession.
- When the customer has paid in advance and needs to cancel the reservation, no refund of the amount paid will be provided, but the credit will be maintained for 6 (six) months so that it can be used another time with any of our items.
- Once the stroller is delivered to the customer, no refunds will be made.
